As we all know we need productivity in our Work and for more better productivity you use some kind of tools. The basic & default  tools which come embedded with Windows/MAc are not so smart to help us in saving our time. So here are the tools which I keep using in my daily worklife to enhance my productivity and I am sure you are gonna love it.

1.Remote Desktop Manager

My most favorite tool from last 6 years when I started using it first time. This is the best tool if you are managing multiple remote sessions (windows, vSphere etc. etc.) Also there vast range of the app support is the most attractive thing I ever seen and fall in love of it.  As this is available on Devolution website for 30 days trial so you can try it out to explore and making yourself comfortable before buying decision. This saves your lot of time which we use to switch the Remote Connection and input the password every time. And 100 of other feature you are going to love .Also they have wonderful support team where you can reach and ask for any assistance.

2.Password vault Manager

Another one of the favorite tools is Devolution Password Vault Manager lets you and your team centralize your organization’s passwords and credentials into one secure repository. Stop losing time retrieving forgotten passwords .I personally use it and saves my password which I was used to save in traditional way in excel .

3. Snagit

The Third Tool in my list is Techsmith Snagit for Screen capture, Screenshot and Videos. That’s really a awesome tool and so advance to save your time while capturing thing . It save all the screen capture in temp location for future us. So smart to manage all the captured images and edit them lately. Best for the technical blogger, writers and for almost everyone others. A must have tool to increase the productivity at work and daily use..

4. Notepad ++

Here is the another favorite tool of my list which always holds my texts perfectly in tabbed format. you can say another Notepad with tabbed functionality and saves your texts temporary. 5. SuperPutty

SuperPutty is a Windows GUI Application that allows the PuTTY SSH Client to be opened in Tabs. Additionally there is support for SCP to transfer files. A really nice tool for those who keep playing with the SSH sessions . It’s a multi tab application for SSH session. Also keep your session save too for future use.

So these are the tools which I keep using in my daily work life to save time and been more productivity.
